What I Do

For 20 years, I've worked at the intersection of three worlds: enterprise brands scaling operations globally, technology platforms serving those brands and properties, and the OTA and GDS partners that distribute inventory and revenue.

That unique vantage point taught me something most leaders don't have: how technology actually performs in market.

Most product leaders see the world from one perspective: their company's. Most partnership leaders see it from another: the sales opportunity. I see all of it at once. The brand that needs to control its direct booking strategy. The SaaS platform that needs to serve them. The partner ecosystem that connects them all. Leadership Beyond the Title

Community leadership is part of my operating system—not a side project. Through my membership in Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., National Council of Negro Women, and leadership within the National Pan-Hellenic Council, I help build systems that support people, create access, and strengthen communities.
