You Can't Have Good AI Without Good Data.
I can honestly say I don’t think anything has shaken up hospitality so much in the last twenty years as the introduction of AI. We’re all trying to learn it, figure out how to use it in our organizations, and put it in our products. It makes total sense. We’re in the “age of AI” and it’s happening across industries.
The question I don’t hear a lot of people asking is: “Do we have clean data?”
